  
PREVICOX is a coxib-class, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID), developed specifically to relieve the pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis in dogs. It provides powerful relief from pain, reduces inflammation, and helps restore mobility in dogs suffering from canine osteoarthritis.
Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions begin within hours, and improved moblility can be observed within days.
PREVICOX has a wide margin of safety. Controlled studies have shown that PREVICOX is safe for daily use without damage to kidneys and liver, or gastrointestinal distress. PREVICOX should be administered with care and kept out of the reach of children and pets.
As with any drug, side effects, though rare, may occur. You should consult your veterinarian if any of these appear.
The recommended dosage of PREVICOX in dogs is 5mg/kg body weight once daily.
