Shipping Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and providing the highest quality pet products. We use a flat-rate shipping fee regardless of the total weight of your order or the number of items ordered. All non-prescription orders are shipped the same day (if ordered before 2:00pm PST) via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail for $5.45, and orders over $100 are always shipped free. If the total weight of the package is over 3 LBS, it will ship via UPS Ground. Orders going to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via USPS for $5.45. Orders made from outside the U.S. and Canada generally take 2-7 days to deliver, and the shipping fee is $29.50. Orders going to Canada take 3-7 days to deliver (depending on customs clearance) and shipping is $8.50. Please note, Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service, 2-3 days is the average delivery turn-around time once your order leaves our facility. If you placed a prescription order and requested we contact your veterinarian for its authorization, please do not expect your order to be delivered 2-3 days after you placed it. Although most veterinarians do approve prescriptions the same day, some orders require multiple calls to your veterinarian before they approve the prescription. Situations like these cause your order to take longer than 2-3 days to be delivered.

Payment Methods
We use real time processing for credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, may be used to make payment. If you wish to write a check please contact us via email or phone.

Return Policy
Returns may be made within 2 weeks of the acquisition of the shipped goods. Only unopened goods will be credited. A full refund will be given upon return of items less shipping.
